Nose: Notes of ginger, allspice, potpourri, orange marmalade and baked apples.
Palate: Sweet and rich, toffee apples, apple strudel, potpourri again, cedar wood and pipe tobacco. Plum wine and prune juice.
Finish: A very sophisticated rancio on the tail with notes of black pepper and allspice.
