Jean Fillioux Balzac VSOP Bottling Note
A VSOP Cognac blended from eaux-de-vie from the Fins Bois and Petite Champagne regions. Jean Fillioux is produce some exceptional cognacs.
The nose is of medium-body with notes of rich stewed fruits and vanilla spice, a little pepper and wood with honeyed sweetness. The palate is sweet and gentle spiced with plenty of oak and pepper. The finish is of medium-length with a good lingering sweetness and warmth.
