Nose: Very spicy and rich. We get mahogany and calves leather, with nutmeg, turmeric, ginger and pepper. A touch of rancio too.
Palate: Very big and muscular with notes of aniseed, ginger and cloves, a touch of apple peel and fig which develops with sublime sweetness, and just a hint of rancio.
Finish: Drawn out with spices and musty truffle notes.
