Nose: Nutty and rich. Sultanas, dried peels, pepper, hints of rancio, sticky toffee pudding.
Palate: Smooth and rounded with notes of peach juice, pepper, a lot of Thai flavour (coconut, coriander, a hint of lime!), and a good deal of gingernut biscuit.
Finish: Good length, rich and biscuity.
