This is an XO Cognac from the Audry house, made in the "Fine Champagne" style - this means it's a mix of spirit distilled from grapes grown on both of the premier regions: the Grande Champagne and the Petites Champagne.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Peppery, spiced nose with hints of violets and honey.

Palate: Fruity palate. Dried apricots, allspice and a little oak. Creamy caramel develops.

Finish: Toffee on the tail, with old oak.
