Nose: Both ripe and stewed fruits, with aromas of citrus - lemon and lime, as well as quince, apricot, peach and fresh brioche.

Palate: Fresh aniseed highlights over a rich, ripe fruit character.

Finish: Long and elegant.

Overall: A wonderful vintage champagne.
