Nose: Granny Smith apples and conference pears with a little vanilla seeping through.
Palate: The bubbles are fairly fine and the flavours is heavily apple focussed.
Finish: The finish leaves notes of toast and poached pears.
Overall: A well made Champagne that is great for celebrations and general drinking.
