Louis Roederer Brut Bottling Note

A prime example of Louis Roederer's sublime house style, this Brut non vintage is an elegant display of finesse and balanced, blended from 56% Pinot Noir, 34% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Meunier. It is made with 10% reserve wines which are aged for between 2 and 6 years in oak. It is aged on the lees for three years. A corking aperitif, as well as a great partner for shellfish.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Appearance: Pale gold with a fine mousse. Nose: Fruity, green and balanced. Rather complex.
Palate: Fruity, with oodles of berry fruits including cherries and cassis. Notes of brioche and almond too.
