Elegant and poised

There's plenty of life left in this wine - the mousse is as soft as can be, and fills the mouth. Colour still pale, and the acidity and fruit remain bright and fresh. A hint of mushroom and pastry indicate maturity, but it will offer great pleasure for some years yet. Complex and delightful.
