A blend of a variety of crus, with some old reserve wines in the mix, Bollinger Special Cuvée was first launched in 1911. William Folks, a partner of the London House of Mentzendorff, who felt it was an insult to refer to a wine of this caliber as a "non vintage", suggest "Special Cuvée" to Bollinger as a far more suitable name. This is a crisp, fruity Brut Champagne with honey, pastry and wonderful balance.  More info
£41.95
