Master of Malt
Made with the world's hottest chilli, Naga Jolokia, we reckon these bitters probably tip the scale at around about 250,000 Scoville units.
These Single-Varietal bitters are made using only three ingredients; the spirit (High-proof 8 year old Bourbon), Naga Chillies, and natural bittering agents.
Use (incredibly) sparingly in a Bloody Mary - one drop will almost certainly be enough. Master of Malt accepts no responsibility arising from the use (or misuse) of this product. We'd advise you just to throw it away. It's probably for the best.

The Naga Bitters had great flavour and is a definite must have for an interesting twist to cocktails. But, it took ten droppers full before I even noticed the tiniest bit of heat from it and even that wasn't enough to bother me. I may be immune as I make sauces 100x hotter than this and grow & eat all the record holders in atomic chilli peppers, but I was expecting more heat than the Naga Bitters offered. This may be too much, if you are not used to extremely hot peppers & food, or do not have the capability of handling peppers at 2.5 million SHU (2.25+x above the Naga in heat rating), but given that, it has really tremendous flavour and puts a nice spin on Bloody Mary's and other cocktails and is a beautiful ingredient for the atomic chilli enthusiast.
As a chilli freak and bitters fiend, I was ecstatic when I saw this at a trade show. Thankfully, it completely lived up to expectations - superb, robust fruit to open, seguing into a delightfully intense (but tolerable) burn. The perfect balance between flavour and heat. I can imagine this is going to be a tough one to work into cocktails, but I think properly harnessed this should be an amazing little ingredient to add to a home or professional bar. Needless to say, avoid if you do not like chilli.
got the naga chilli vodka loved it nice and hot, wanted something hotter so bought this, all i can say was the naga chilli vodka is hotter me and my room mate tried it we were just a bit disappointed we had a good few squirts each and all tho it tasted nice it lacked any kind of real heat. so if your after heat go with the naga chilli vodka.
So glad you've got it back in stock!
