Shiraz/Syrah Wine

We love Shiraz, we love Shiraz, we love Shiraz, etc… and by jingo, we do. A question we're often asked is "if you could only have one whisky for the rest of your life, what would it be". Shiraz. actually maybe Pinot? those two anyway. or maybe Cabernet? ach - we're fickle, okay?
