Shiraz/Syrah Wine

We love Shiraz, we love Shiraz, we love Shiraz, etc… and by jingo, we do. A question we're often asked is "if you could only have one whisky for the rest of your life, what would it be". Now that's much too hard to answer (obviously), but with wine - the question "if you could only have one grape varietal for the rest of your life..." could be very easily answered... Shiraz. actually maybe Pinot? those two anyway. or maybe Cabernet? ach - we're fickle, okay?
