Sangiovese Wine

The base for most 'Super-Tuscan' wines. Funny story - I'm genuinely listening to Dream Theater's 'The Count of Tuscany' whilst writing this, and literally the second I typed 'Tuscan' the lyrics came in for the first time (about 4 minutes into the 20-odd minute long track). Spooky. Worth a listen that album actually - Black Clouds and Silver Linings. John Petrucci - now there's a guitarist.
