Made by Graziano Pra using Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Oseleta grapes (a rarer grape which can add spiciness to Valpolicella), this is a lovely wine with a high abv. The 2007 vintage is intense and full of dried fruit notes... Serve with beef stews or venison.
Nose: Black cherries and candied peel. A hint of oak and cracked peppercorns.
Palate: Thick and rich with notes of chocolate, coffee, dark fruit and balanced oak.
Finish: Long, rich and rustic.
