A Hungarian dessert wine from the north-eastern Tokaji region. Interestingly, the grapes used for this sweet, succulent wine are harvested and pressed in bunches. The bunches selected needed to have a majority of grapes with botrytis, or noble rot, as this lends an intense sweetness to the wine.
A beautiful bounty of fresh fruit notes await you within the 2010 vintage Oremus Tokaji Late Harvest. Sweet oranges, apricots and tropical fruits, all blend together fantastically in every whiff and sip. Rich honey and vanilla appear every once in a while, but the fruits steal the show, making this a very light, bright and moreish wine.
