This right here is the 2016 vintage Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine from British winemakers, Nyetimber, in West Sussex. Delicate aromas of fragrant lemon, orange, apple, and apricot decorate a base of satisfying buttered toast notes, which continue on the palate with a soft mousse and a touch of minerals. This pure Chardonnay expression was the first style to be released by Nyetimber back when they started in the early 1990s, and it's an excellent English sparkler.
