John Duval's Plexus makes use of three varieties of grape from the Barossa region. The 2010 vintage contains 52% Shiraz, 29% Grenache and 19% Mourvedre. It was matured for 15 months prior to bottling.
Nose: Thick notes of blackberries and plums, with subtle black coffee and a touch of pepper.
Palate: Full-bodied and supple. Oodles of jammy red fruit notes, with rich oak adding a sense of depth.
Finish: A long, balanced finish.
