Port

Portugal. Famous for its Port, and of course its Ugal. Named for the town of Porto, Port is often hailed as the world's best fortified wine. Superb with any kind of cheese, smoked meat, or indeed 'another glass of port', Vintage ports can sell for frankly terrifying sums of money. Our advice? Spend at least £15 on a bottle to avoid cheap, sickly, supermarket plonk.
