Bosman Adama 2017 Bottling Note

From the Bosman winery in Wellington, South Africa comes the 2017 vintage Adama, a red wine made from a blend of Shiraz, Mourvedre, Cinsault, Grenache Noir, Primitivo, Viognier, Nero d'Avola and Tempranillo grapes. The components are all treated separately until they're blended around four months before bottling. It's aged in both new American oak and older French oak.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Plum, tobacco and cherry jam, with chocolate marzipan, blueberry and cedar.
