Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Dried oak with whiffs of cinnamon and toasted rye bread. Honeycomb and cola cubes develop later on.

Palate: Buttered corn, with a pinch of sea salt and a good crack of black pepper. Still enjoyably oaky and warming.

Finish: Grilled tropical fruits, orange peel, vanilla and Sesame Snaps.

Wilderness Trail Single Barrel Bourbon Family Reserve Reviews

Lovely, smooth barrel proof bourbon

I've tried this from a club in the UK and have to say it's a very impressive drink. Pretty smooth considering the strength. I get overwhelming notes of vanilla on the nose and a sweet oak taste on drinking. Will be nudging the wife to get me a bottle of this as a pressie!
