It was made with a blend of malt whisky (50%) and grain whisky (50%) before being in matured three different types of casks - ex-bourbon, ex-sherry and new oak barrels. This edition is bottled at 50% ABV, while the standard expression is bottled at 40% ABV.

White Oak Tokinoka Black Reviews

Light spice and dried apricot

Light spice and dried apricot on the nose. Sweet and creamy vanilla on the palate. Long finish. A little linear with more heat than I'd like.
