Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Oak and caraway, swiftly tempered by layers of thyme honey and Tunnock's Teacakes.

Palate: Fresh vanilla pod, treacle and lemon meringue pie. A good helping of cinnamon at the core.

Finish: Salted caramel, red chilli flake, dry oak and apricot.
