Tullibardine 29yo 1989 Bottling Note

From Hunter Laing's Old & Rare Platinum range comes a 29 year old Tullibardine single malt, distilled back in 1989. The whisky was aged in a single refill hogshead until October 2018, when it was bottled at cask strength with a tiny outturn of only 177 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Vanilla, oak and strawberries, all wrapped up in layers of honey.

Palate: Salted caramel brownies, apricot and ripe peach, a touch of old rum richness.

Finish: Slightly oily on the finish, with a hint of citrus cutting through.
