Tullibardine 2007 - The Murray Cask Strength Reviews

Average whisky, GREAT packaging!
The packaging was what really caught my attention, and then I saw the ABV. Pricing was not bad, so I picked it up. Honestly for what I paid, I'm not terribly disappointed, but well, it's no hidden gem either. It's a perfectly average dram which I can't quite find a proper use for. Strong lemon character with just enough vanilla to balance it out. Not very sweet. Nose underwhelms, palate is decent, finish is decent.

If you see this on sale, snap it up for an excellent shelf piece. No, I'm serious, the packaging is truly magnificent. Beyond that however, Tullibardine remains just quintessentially Tullibardine - average.
