Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Chocolate-dipped strawberries, freshly-baked pastry leading to buttery notes, herbal oak.

Palate: Lots of barley and bakery notes. Orchard fruits with a little bit of orange blossom.

Finish: Peppercorns and more of that orange blossom.

Wonderful

Oh yeahhh 112.2 proof cask strength, unchill filtered so it still has its soul, needs ice or water for sure, nice complexity baked biscuits, a bit of sweetness but not too much, stewed fruits, gets you going quick at the high proof, nice
