Ledaig 18yo 1998 #11211 Bottling Note

Tasty peated whisky from the Tobermory distillery, bottled under the name Ledaig. It was distilled in April 1998 and was allowed to mature in a refill butt cask until June 2016, when Douglas Laing bottled it for the Old Particular range. 252 bottles of this 18 year old whisky were produced.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Toasted barley, burnt oak and a whiff of summer BBQs!

Palate: Well balanced smoke and sweetness, with the toasty peat coming out on top in the end.

Finish: Bonfire embers and a little bit of red berry juice.
