Macallan 20 Year Old 1992 Bottling Note

A single cask from The Macallan released as part of Douglas Laing's Director's Cut range. Distilled in November 1992, this delightful whisky was bottled in February 2013 after a 20 year maturation in cask 9449.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Apple blossom and fragrant vanilla with cereal and runny honey. A fantastic example of this style of Macallan.

Palate: The nose continues into the palate with creamy honey, oats, nutmeg and almond.

Finish: Hint of maraschino and apricot, raisin fudge.

Overall: A delicious honeyed Macallan.
