Tasting Note by The Producer

Nose: Dried citrus fruits with fresh orange zest, red apple and pear. Hints of clove and marzipan, leading to sweet aniseed against a backdrop of biscuit caramel, toffee and warming spice.

Palate: Silky round mouthfeel with a hint of sweet malt, raisins and robust walnuts. Powerful savoury oak complements delicate dark fruits and caramelised plums.

Finish: Long, dry, wonderfully balanced delicate finish with hints of smoke and orange spice.
