A mysterious Irish single malt whiskey which has been aged for 15 years before being independently bottled up by That Boutique-y Whisky Company. There's no hints as to which distillery produced it, but don't let that distract you from the fantastic whiskey itself. Loads of vanilla-rich, honeyed fruit notes to enjoy here!

Batch 6 is a release of 1,900 bottles.

‘That Boutique-y Whisky Company’ bottles single malts, single grains and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Red apples and grapes, fragrant vanilla, brown sugar and gingerbread lead. White chocolate and touches of spearmint and thyme linger in the backdrop.

Palate

Salted caramel, stewed winter fruits and marmalade with prickling baking spice and woody vanilla in support.

Finish

A creamy nuttiness remains with some nutmeg spiciness and a touch of drying oak.
