Tamnavulin single malt, distilled in 1993 and bottled in 2016 by Malts of Scotland, an independent bottler in Germany. Drawn from a single bourbon hogshead, 162 bottles of this delicious whisky were produced.
Old leather, thyme honey, vanilla and red fruit sweetness.
Heaps of cooking spices and fresh malt, along with a little bit of waxy apples.
Subtle chocolatey notes develop.
