Tamdhu 8 YO 2006 #11002 Bottling Note

A deliciously creamy Tamdhu single malt, bottled by Douglas Laing. This is an 8 year old whisky from the distillery in Speyside, distilled in November 2006 and bottled in November 2015 at 46% ABV, presented as part of their newly-redesigned Provenance series.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Sweet and cake-y, with hints of Victoria Sponge and Toffee Bakewells.

Palate: Burnt sugar and golden barley continue the general theme of "sweet, yummy, caramel-y goodness".

Finish: A prickle of spice starts to appear on the finish alongside the sugary sweetness...
