A light-bodied bottling of Scotch whisky from the Tamdhu distillery in Speyside, no age statement given.
The nose is quite light with barley sweetness. Juicy cereal notes and grist, acacia honey and a hint of smoke. There are some notes of pastry and malty grains. The palate is very smooth and of medium-body. There are notes of sponge with crème anglaise poured over. Notes of aniseed and zest, marmalade and a little vanilla. The finish is of medium-length with caramel notes.

As far as the "ageless" single malts go this one is far and away the most balanced. No off notes just clean warm inviting whisky.
