The nose is very fruity and quite rich. There are notes of maraschino liqueur and fruit salad. There is a good cereal sweetness with a note of gentle smoke and caramel. The oak is toasty and with are juicy sultanas and winter spice and a soft peat. The palate is quite thick and rich. Notes of rich sherried peels and mixed fruits. There are cut herbs and pressed flowers with notes of thick syrup and juicy raisin. The finish is quite long with a gentle smoke.
