Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Freshly-made pancakes with chocolate sauce, oatcakes, toasted grains, tobacco and mince pie filling.

Palate: Brandy snaps and salted butter, with a good whiff of charcoal in the background.

Finish: Roasted almond, stewed berries, a touch of smoked ham.
