A limited edition bottling of SPEY single malt from the Speyside distillery, released in celebration of the Spirit of Speyside Festival. For the 2018 edition, they picked out a whisky distilled in June 2011 and bottled in April 2018 after enjoying a finishing period in tawny Port cask. Only 320 bottles were produced.
Strawberries and cream, milk chocolate, a touch of mineral-y barley.
Stewed plums and damsons, a touch of grist, sherried orange peels.
Lasting jammy fruit sweetness.
