Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Delightfully delicate with understated meadow blossom, freshly baked bread, and crushed butter biscuits. Sweet lime and tropical melon follow, with creamy, yoghurty hints of mango lassi.

Palate: Zingy notes of sweet and creamy gooseberry fool, rusk biscuits, and pink grapefruit with sprinklings of brown sugar.

Finish: Peaches and light stone fruits finish things up, with a touch of toasted oak, buttery malt, and fresh orchard fruits. Warm spices gather in the distance.

Took a punt (just £20, so easily done) and expected nothing due to colour and price. Absolutely gobsmacked by the quality, Make more... it's sold out!

Bought as a gift for my husband, he loves it. Only negative is that it is sold out and I can't purchase a few more bottles for him lol

Light, delicate and delicious!

For £19.95 incl p&p, I really didn't expect (but certainly hoped!) for much... but, what an amazing surprise. The nose is beautifully delicate, in the mouth it's gorgeous - you have to work hard to get the flavours, but it's more than worth it... nothing over-complicated (which makes a change!), just a truly delightful, light and lovely single malt - 11/10 to MoM for putting it out, I came back for second bottle... too late! ☹️ I hope all the other 313 purchasers like it as much as I do! Hurry up with the next one please MoM!!!!!!! 😉

Delicate and easy drinking

A very pleasant surprise - a delicate and easy drinking dram which is perfect for a summer's evening.

Summertime and the living is easy.

I've given it 4 stars because it's 20 quid. It's an odd, but moreish flavour a bit like drinking vodka whilst chewing a fruit salad sweet. It's different but I really like it. Ardbeg/ Glen Scotia it isn't, a refreshing, summertime malt it certainly is. This would be beautiful out of the fridge on a hot summers evening when everyone else is drinking gin. 🙂👍👍
