Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

The nose is quite green and grassy. Fruit notes and Calvados, hints of dried hay and ground almonds with a little fruit salad. The palate is quite sweet and perfumy. The fruit salad notes proliferate the palate with hints of green freshness and youth. The apple peel notes and apple pips are chewy and nutty with a little oil. The finish is long and clean with a leafy greenness.
