From the famous Flora and Fauna series comes a 12 year old single malt produced at the long-closed Rosebank Distillery (though it won't be long-closed for too much long - plans are in place for it to reopen!). As with all the Flora and Fauna series, it features an animal or flower on the label - no surprises that there's a rose on the Rosebank label.
This bottle was part of a private collection - if you'd like more detailed photos just get in touch!
Cereal notes abound with hints of juicy barley sweetness. Crisp wood smoke cutting the cold air with herbal freshness. Winter spice, cut limes, mandarins and potpourri.
Tangerines, sugared peels, winter spice, Parfait Armour, Cointreau with notes of tannic oak.
Long and punchy with good smoke and spicy fruit.
F U I love this Whiskey. Fix it and I buy it.
