Port Dundas 22yo #64901 Bottling Note

Single cask single grain Scotch whisky here from the sadly closed Port Dundas distillery (which once stood in Glasgow). It was distilled in June 1995 and left to mature in a single hogshead until March 2018, when Signatory bottled it for the Cask Strength Collection. 204 bottles were produced.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Earthy vanilla, chocolate digestives, new leather.

Palate: Butterscotch and marmalade, nutmeg, sherbet lemons and coffee beans.

Finish: Medium length. Fizzy oak and a hint of fresh violets.
