Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

The nose is quite crisp and clean. There are notes of cut herbs and apple blossom, bruised petals and rising barley sugar. A touch of grist with heather roots and Madeira. The oak is present, yet soft with hints of buttery fudge, The palate is quite light and sweet. Notes of stewed Bramley apples with spicy cereal and malt extract. Notes of cigar box and peppery oaked tannins. The finish is of medium length with a pleasant oaked dryness.

This is an absolute crackerjack of a whiskey. Becoming more and more difficult to get hold of now as stocks run low.

I've got one in the cupboard for my little boy's 21st.
