You'll notice that this Paddy Old Irish Whisky is spelt without the 'e', but the spelling isn't the only difference between this and the Paddy you may be familiar with today. This is, in fact, single pot still Irish whisk(e)y, and it's matured for at least 10 years! Dating from the Cork Distilleries Co. days before they merged with Jameson and Powers to form Irish Distillers in 1972, it's a cracking piece of whiskey history.
