North of Scotland 38 1973 Bottling Note

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Toasted oak and sweet bourbon on the nose. A little espresso bean, peach nectar, dried apricots and allspice.

Palate: Sweet plum jam, caramel and vanilla custard. Notes of dried herbs, cinnamon and charred oak. Very creamy.

Finish: Long finish with allspice, nutmeg and a little vanilla.

Overall: Beautifully creamy with oodles of influence from a bourbon cask.
