Bottled by Signatory in 2011, this was distilled on the 25th February 1998 at Mortlach, before ageing in two hogsheads. A release of 887 bottles.
Nose: Creamy, with notes of vanilla, cinnamon, oak and pastries, hot from the oven. Some tobacco leaf sweetness.
Palate: Sweet, malty and spiced. Some apples, rich mahogany and leather bound books. A touch of espresso.
Finish: Good length with notes of fruit, custard and oak.
