11 year old single malt Mannochmore single malt, drawn from a pair of hogsheads laid down in 2007 and cracked open in 2019. Yet another tasty indie bottling of Signatory.
Stewed pear with loads of ginger spice, vanilla custard and ripe banana with a balanced green herby undertone.
Orange marmalade and honeyed malt cereal notes, with cedar wood, rich oak baking spices.
Dark chocolate praline and freshly cut grass.
