Nose: Hot cross buns (with butter), pear tarte tatin, honey-roasted nuts and a hint of rosin (like what you'd put on a violin bow).
Palate: Chewy Sherried raisins and dates. Initial bitter dark chocolate notes soften and become fudge brownie ice cream. Herbaceous tobacco leaf develops later on.
Finish: Coffee & walnut cake, honeyed raisins and stem ginger last on the long finish.
