A release of 365 bottles from Douglas Laing's Old Malt Cask range. This was distilled in October 1997 and aged for 14 years in a single refill hogshead before bottling at 50% abv in October 2011.
Nose: Crisp, spicy nosewith tangy fruit, malt and a little caramel.
Palate: Orange marmalade, granary toast, charred oak and barley.
Finish: Spiced and malty.
