Loch Lomond 24yo 1995 Bottling Note

A single cask, single grain whisky from Loch Lomond here, bottled up by Douglas Laing. Distilled all the way back in November 1995, this Highlander saw just under a quarter of a century of ageing in a refill hogshead! After 24 years, it was bottled for the Old Particular series, with an outturn of 314 bottles at a generous 51.7% ABV.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Icing sugar, banoffee pie and baked vanilla custard.

Palate: Toffee apple and vanilla fudge, along with strawberry cream.

Finish: A buttery finish of Bounty bars and more fudge.

I have a bottle of this but I won’t be drinking it one for my son I’ll leave him when I’m gone mabe go up in price
