Glengarry Single Malt Bottling Note
Named after the traditional Glengarry bonnet worn as part of Scottish military or civilian Highland dress, the Glengarry whisky range is made at the very versatile Loch Lomond distillery. This is their entry level single malt expression.

Tastes good and cost effective
I am no expert but it was smooth and light and taste nice. Had another cause its good. Would drink 1 hour after eats or small amounts to lift your spirits.

Spend the extra money for something else.
This blend has a very strong chemical taste. It is not really blend you can sip over ice. Have a chaser nearby, you're going to need!!

Fantastic Single Malt as good as Glenlivet!
Great intro Malt with a great price to value. Very smooth with orange overtones and a long finish. Great neat or with a few ice cubes. Wish I could find it in more US cities!

Not bad!
Not bad for a single malt priced below 30 Eur.

Not bad
I quite like Loch Lomond.
I'd say the Loch Lomond Original (similarly priced) is a little better but this is decent value, which is generally the least I've found from the distillery. The Inchmurrin range is a favourite but (getting back to the point) my first Glengarry has encouraged me to try more of them.
This is not spectacular but it's a solid, good value single malt.
