Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Dried grass and pear drops. Hints of dried strawberries and allspice. Malty too, with just a touch of apple peel.

Palate: Vanilla custard and hints of banana loaf. Nutty, malty core, with hints of hay and black pepper.

Finish: Spiced finish. Grassy and green with apple peel and oak.

Spicy?

Another one we had at the MWC. This was a lovely dram and the highlight of the old & rare night for me. At first there is so much fresh fruit and all of a sudden comes a rush of berries and strong pink pepper. The palate contains a hidden rush of tropical fruit which catches you un aware. A beautiful lowland dram
